BANNERS.

alors on a discuté dans les comments du premier billet, et on est pas mal toutes titillées par l'idée de tous designé une bannière pour l'entête du Blog, comme premier "défit". Ensuite on peut "setter" une option pour que la bannière alterne à chaque re-load de la page...cool, hein? Je suis totalement d'accord avec l'idée d'Emmanuelle. Super-Duper.

Tergiversations par rapport à avoir tous la même palette de couleurs, type de police, ect. Personnellement je crois que se serait aussi cool d'avoir un look mix and match très différents les un des autres, autant que quelque chose d'uniforme. Je dis, faisons les, et si elles sont vraiment trop hétéroclites, on pourra uniformiser les "font" (polices/graphisme) plus tard anyways.

Pour ce qui est de la palette de couleurs, si j'ai à choisir quelque couleurs, j'irais avec un classique, couleurs primaires...alors, rouge, bleu, jaune, plus noir et blanc? Mais encore, si vous avez l'idée du siècle et ne voulez pas respecter ces choix, go for it.

pour ce qui est des dimensions, le header de Joel est 645x167 pixels. Et je trouve ça bien comme grosseur. Si je me gourre, faites-moi signe.

Alors?? Est-ce que ça semble raisonnable de se donner jusqu'à la fin du mois pour tout le monde? Le blog pourrait être joli et pret pour le temps des fêtes...

ok, so its been sort of discussed, in the comments of the first entry, that it would be cool to each submit a banner, a "header" for the collective blog. Then we set it so that the banner changes at each re-load of the page... I totally agree to this, it is way cool. Thanks Emmanuelle for the splendid idea.


Its also been discussed about chosing a common colour palette, common type, i dont personnaly think it would look that bad if the banner were all very different, very mix and match with each other's personnality. so i say, why dont we come up with something natural, and we see if it doesnt fit then? if it looks weird it wont be too late to chose a common font and uniform it afterwards.


as for colour schemes, i dont mind both ways, i think if people have genius ideas of colours then go for it. otherwise if i'm asked to pic a colour palette..to go on the white back ground...id say...lets kick it old school with primary colours, so, red, blue, yellow, and black/white.


As for dimensions, looking at Joel's header, we'd aim at 645x167 pixels. If that seems wrong tell me.


Sounds good??? Can we try and make those before the end of the month? the blog could look pimp in time for christmas month...
